The Family Court Special Masters Program
Our founding attorney, Joseph J. Porzenski, is proud to serve as one of only eight Special Masters for the 11th Judicial Circuit Family Court Division. Special Masters must be elected by the St. Charles County Bar Association members and have volunteered to an 24-month appointment to the position. This program represents an alternative method of dispute resolution where both parties in a dispute work with a trained facilitator to remove obstacles and come to an agreement. The Special Master Program works in an informal setting, and attorney Porzenski is happy to help people in this positive, cost-effective alternative to resolving legal disputes.
